At Just Couture, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and labels must still be attached
  • The item must be free of any makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items marked as Final Sale.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@justcouture.co.za with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Optional: photo of the item

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for lost return parcels
  • Return items must be received in approved condition before a refund or exchange is processed

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are made via EFT to your bank account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@justcouture.co.za.
We will prioritise resolving the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or credit — at no cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of approval:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your bank
  • If the issue persists, email us for further assistance
